The right facades can add an unmatchable look to any property. This factory that we designed comprises of all the elements that a traditional Rajasthani Haweli comprises. We built this factory with subtle heritage infused elements and utilized space to the utmost, at the same time ensuring it was open and airy.

This esteemed project was done in association with Aayojan School of Architecture, Jaipur. It won a gold rating for fulfilling all the criteria which make it a green building. To change the microclimate of this property, we planted three layers of plantation and used the courtyard planning of ancient architecture to give it a sustainable and distinct look.

The location of this structure demanded subtlety. The owners demanded beauty. The nature of the building demanded practicality. The architectural scheme of this furniture factory here is subtle, minimal and completely modern, for which we studied many top corporate buildings in the country for inspiration. With well-planned windows and well-defined parameters, this property came to be grand.
