private residences

Explore some of the private residences projects executed by us.

BUNGALOW - Mr. Mahendra Baid

(Baid Finance)

Though renovating this private bungalow without damaging its original foundation was a challenge, but we loved accepting it. We redesigned it into a marvelous blend of simplistic architecture and facility-based construction with the usage of modern day techniques and a robust design plan. It turned out to be a wonderful home every owner dreams of.

bungalow - Mr. Avnish Baid

(Baid Finance)

This was a renovation task, which though was already beautiful, but seemingly lacked life. When in the desert state, what lends the maximum life and a serene is greenery. Yes, plants add psychological relief. We have always believed in complimenting residences with greenery and we executed it well in this residential project. This home is fulfilled with the various elements of symmetry and openness.

Mr. rohit badaya

(Jaipur, Rajasthan)

To convert this 4-BHK apartment in Jaipur’s leading residential gated society to a 3-BHK apartment, we took the charge of civil changes and interiors to suit the needs and functional requirement of the Badaya family.

Mrs. Sonkhiya

(Projecting beauty with brains)

Renovation projects are always a challenge since there are a lot of corners that the owners are already in love with. For such projects, we need to understand the likes, dislikes, psyche of the owners before we give it thumbs up. Redoing Mrs. Sonkhiya’s bungalow has been one of our finest projects till date. She wanted to have traces of Mediterranean design coupled with a basic Indian house's framework. We left no stone unturned and played around with design experimentation, landscaping and, of course, space. What came out at the end was a beauty full of finesse and unmatched charm!

Mr. Mukesh Agarwal

(Evershine Stones, Kishangarh)

Mr. Vineet and Mrs. BhawanA

(Farmhouse - Chirana, Rajasthan)

An oasis, this farmhouse is a fine example of American architecture. Designed with all the elements of a typical American home, it is as well-ventilated as it looks from the outside. The patio space on the outside gives it a wonderful look from the outside. The Victorian style windows and the subtle green and white color scheme make it the most natural and relaxing abode.

Somanis

A solution for two brothers, on two different floors with some common facilities for the individual families on the ground floor.

Ms. ritu paliwal

An interior project for a duplex penthouse in Jaipur, this one remains dear to our heart as it was one of our initial projects.

mr. bothra

A 800-sq yard plot was planned for three brothers and their families, which included mural painting, interiors, landscaping, etc.

Life is architecture and architecture is the mirror of life Narrating a story called architecture.
